| 1차 완료된 Golf Course를 고급화하고, 쾌적한 경관의 재창조를 통한 이미지 개선에 중점을 두었다.
Golf Course 주변과 Club House, VIP 숙소 등 전 단지의 주요 부분에 관한 중장기적인 경관 개선 계획을 컨설팅 하였고, 기본계획 및 부분적 실시설계를 진행 하였다.
